Once you have signed a contract with us, you will be sent an email to verify your account. In this email, you will verify the information provided is correct and then use the temporary password to log into the software.

Once using the temporary password to log in, you will then be taken to a page where you can change your temporary password into a custom one.

You can do so by entering the temporary password into the field that says "Old Password" and your new password into the fields that say "New Password." Then press "Change Password" to confirm the new password. 

You can follow these same steps if you ever want to change your password at any point when using the software.

Account Settings/Logout/Help

Clicking on the account button at the top right screen you will see 3 separate options. The first option is "Help." Clicking on the word help will bring you to the homepage of this help center.

Here you are able to view the user guide with videos, screenshots and step-by-step instructions on using the software. The last two sections have to do with updates we make to Avercast neo. The new features section displays all of the most recent and upcoming features to be released. The feature vote allows you to vote on the next features to be included in the next update of the software.

The second option is known as the "Account Settings." Clicking the account settings will take you to the page mentioned above where you can change your current password at any time. 

The last option is the ability to "Logout" of the software. Clicking log out will automatically log you out of the software and return you to the homepage.
